The hotel is great. Comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. It can be perfected though : cleanliness must be the point to focus on. Apart from that, it is very well located, Notting hill gate tube is just a 5min walk away, Portobello Road Market as well. There is a luggage room, a beautiful lobby, a little garden where you can sometimes see squirrels. The staff is nice, they might be pretty flexible on the check in/out hours.
Clean hotel in need of some refurbishment. We chose it specifically because it was in the area of London that was most convenient for us but I would not go out of my way to stay here. Good rooms, decent price, and a complete breakfast. We were traveling with our daughter so we got a room for 3. The hotel does have a luggage storage room, which we used. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Notting Hill tube stop.

It dean and in need of some decoration and improvements to surfaces and stairwells etc, but otherwise typical of an old private dwelling converted to hotel… Breakfast was fantastic and perfect for me using good brands for cereals and juice. Coffee great and always on tap. Location amazing for me with easy access to everything I wanted. Great coffee stops all over the place nearby. Bedroom was tiny but it was fine for me and the shower was clean and with good pressure and temperature controls

Location is good! Very close to the Portobello market. Also, a good area, I didn’t feel scare when walking alone there. Maybe room facilities are not good, but its room price is okay in London. Service team is friendly. I like them.
The location is perfect - nice surrounding, close to the underground station and Portobello Road/Market. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty but the variety of food was rather poor, good for one or two nights.
Rooms were OK. Sometimes dirty wall or something but OK for 3 stars. Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was little bit weak. Excellent location near Noting hill gate tube. Recomended for that price.
This was a last minute booking. The price was very reasonable for The location and included breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. We were able to leave our luggage around check-in and check-out which was helpful. Lovely quiet location but handy for walking to the nearest tube station. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only downside was the shower - hardly any water flow from shower head. Breakfast was tasty. Lovely bread for toast - a nice toastie maker available. Delicious pastries. So a nice little bonus on the booking. Flowers in front and back gardens of hotel were a lovely touch.
